I took this video while I was on my Yacht at the Boca Raton Resort today. I shot the video after I was thinking about one of the comments that one of my work associates mentioned to me about how I always seemed to have such amazing weekends.

I believe in working hard and playing hard and I believe in having amazing weekends. I believe that you need to relax on the weekend and enjoy time with your family, in order to be recharged and fired up for the work week ahead. However you recharge, whatever makes you happy is what you should be doing (hint not errands like mowing the lawn). For me my recharging means spending time with my family and boating and being on the water.

Monday to Friday I work hard on my business (not in it), building my business and buying and selling houses. I also spend a lot of time teaching my students how to buy and sell houses and flip houses by creating training videos and motivational videos like this one. You never know when a video like will inspire and motivate someone to achiever more out of life and to learn new skills that can help them make more money. There is more to life than binge watching shows on Netflix. If you want more, if you want a better life then the first step is to learn how to make more money. And I honestly believe that there is no better way to learn how to make more money than to learn how to flip houses.

People ask me why I do what I do. I do what I do in order to motivate and perpetuate change in people that gets them to change their lives. My students inspire me. And they will inspire you. I think it is important for you, if you are watching this video and believe that you are making much less money than you are capable of making that you understand that simple actions steps (for example learning how to flip houses) can make a huge difference to your financial situation.
