Renovating A Rental Investment Property

In this video I am showing you the renovation of a rental property. This is a small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house that a tenant recently vacated. The house needed quite a bit of work so I used it as an opportunity to do a full renovation.

I am updating the property using the grey, white, and silver color theme which is basically white cabinets, grey granite countertops, grey laminate flooring, and light grey paint. It’s a modern look that will look a little brighter (and bigger on a smaller property).

I will bring you along as the rehab continues on this investment property.
