After you have completed check out simply email the property address to supportdesk@lexrealestategroup.com with the subject line “comparable sales report” and our support desk will email you your comparable sales report. There are no monthly fees, no set up fees and no hidden costs. There is also no time limit. Use your comps whenever you want. They don’t expire. You can have access to the REAL comparable sales system that we use with our students anytime you need them by signing up below. Please note that our support desk is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Comp requests submitted outside of these hours will be returned during regular business hours. Also our office is closed on Friday and Monday on all major holiday weekends.

Each comparable sales report shows an area map with the subject property and up to 20 comparable sales plotted. This report also provides a subject profile, deed/transfer history, comparable sales chart, assessment cluster (20 closet properties to subject property), preliminary flood report, natural hazard report, contaminated sites report, and hazardous waste and solid waste facilities report.
