Please note that we sometimes offer promotional discounts for the Partnership Program, that may become available from time to time when we run special promotions. When we run these “promos” we include access to the Partnership Program for free when you sign up for the Wholesaling Real Estate Boot Camp or the Fixing and Flipping Houses Boot Camp.

We reserve the right to cancel these promotional offers at any time based on availability of our boot camps and the number of seats available. Generally speaking, we run the promotions early, around 6 months before the next boot camp. As the tickets sell out for the boot camp, we remove the promotional offer from our marketing in order to make sure that the boot camp is not oversold and that there will still be seats available. Even with this, we are often sold out two months before our next boot camp so we suggest you book early. Every boot camp that we have had in the past 11 years has been SOLD OUT so we are not kidding. Important Disclaimer:

We reserve the right to raise our prices at any time. Access to the Partnership Program is not included when you sign up for our boot camp unless it’s included in a promotional offer. That promotional offer expires at midnight on the day that the promotional offer was mailed, emailed, or shown to you on a webinar. If you don’t know what is included when you sign up read the page, or take a screenshot with your phone to see what is included. We take our webinars down on Sunday night at midnight and we renew our videos and we change our promotional offers weekly. There are no exceptions to this policy. Prices can change at any time.

The only reason we offer promotional pricing at all is for increasing early access to our boot camps. Since many people wait until closer to a boot camp to sign up we reward “early bird” students that sign up at the beginning stages by throwing in extra bonuses. We cannot and will not offer promotional pricing when our boot camps are getting close to capacity and are close to being sold out. There is limited seating available at our boot camps and on our bus trips since the room size is limited and the number of buses that we have is limited to a maximum of 2 buses. Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue promotional offers at any time and to increase our prices at anytime without prior notice. However prices will never increase after you sign up.

Once a promotional offer is discontinued it will no longer be offered again in the future. We are very clear about sticking to this because if we didn’t then our promotional price would not be promotional. It is no secret that we have been increasing prices to our boot camps and our Partnership Program every 6 months. We will continue to do so in order to maintain the same group size that we are used to working with. The reason that we do this is because as more and more new real estate investors talk about our program, other new students want to join. In order to maintain our excellent Student Support, allow students into our Student Facebook Group, and have the ability to service our students, their Proof of Funds Letters, answer their questions and provide Transactional funding for their deals, we do not allow access to more than a few new students per week. Every week we access how many students we can allow into our program in the following week. We do this in order to ensure that we have enough support staff on our support desk to monitor and help with all of the Student Support questions. We hire and train new Student Support Staff and only once they are trained do we allow additional access to our Program.

Disclaimer about Pricing Increases:

We have been discussing for some time, about increasing pricing for access to our Partnership Program. Prices will soon be increasing to $197 per month. I cannot give you a definitive date on when this pricing change will happen, but I can tell you that it is in the works as we speak. and will be happening shortly. What we can promise you is this: If you lock in your $97 monthly price, you will not be increased to the $197 when we raise prices and as long as you continue paying the $97 per month we will never increase the price for our existing students. If you sign up now you will still pay the $97 per month even if we increase prices for new students. But if you wait until after our pricing has increased, then you will be paying the $197 per month. We will not allow new students to join at our old pricing once we increase prices.

Disclaimer About the Fee To Join Our Partnership Program:

Please note that there is a one time sign up fee to join our Partnership Program. This fee changes depending on our promotional offers. The fee to join our program has been steadily increasing and will continue to increase as we see fit. We have raised the price of joining our program twice (by over 50% each time) over the past 2 years. You will often see Lex mention that “prices are doubling”. He is not kidding when he says this. In order to maintain the integrity of our program we need to limit how many people can access it at any given time.
