The 3 day Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp features LexLevinrad as your real estate instructor for 3 days of hands on live training. This boot camp teaches real estate investors how to calculate After Repair Value (ARV), Maximum Offer Price (MOP), Repair Estimates and Comparable Sales. Know how much to offer the bank on bank owned properties and short sales. Learn how to evaluate whether a potential real estate purchase is a deal or a dud. We will teach you how to wholesale bank owned properties and short sales, you will learn how to make offers on these properties and how you can fix and flip these properties for huge profits. Students that attend the Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp receive the Home Study Course (worth $997) included with the price of the boot camp. All boot camp students are eligible to upgrade to the Partnership Program at a substantially reduced rate of only $400 instead of $997. If you are looking for properties in Florida, your 12 month access to the Partnership Program also includes unlimited Proof of Funds letters up to $80,000 for 12 months as well as the ability to have us market and promote your deals and find cash buyers for your deals. The 50/50 Partnership Program is an exclusive program where we teach you how to find a deal, and then we market your deal and find a cash buyer for your deal and we even put up all of the cash. The Partnership Program is the biggest benefit for beginners that are still trying to learn the business since we handle everything on the back end including marketing your deal, finding a cash buyer for you, putting up the cash to fund your deal and handling the double closing. All you need to do is learn how to find the deal, find it, put up the deposit and leave the rest to us. The Partnership Program along with the Home Study Course and Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp will teach you how to find deals and how wholesaling works. GROUP MENTORING REAL ESTATE COACHING PROGRAM ($4,997) The Group Mentoring Program is our Private Mentoring Coaching in a group environment. We have priced this product at an affordable price so that people that cannot afford the price of private coaching with Lexcan still receive the benefits of working directly withLex as a real estate coach in a small group setting. Group Mentoring students receive all of the benefits of the Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp as well as all of the benefits of the 50/50 Partnership Program. Group Mentoring Program students receive everything that is listed above. In addition to all of the above benefits, Group Mentoring Program students have access to 4 monthly all day training sessions of live instruction directly with LexLevinrad. These training sessions are held once a month for 4 consecutive months (usually starting the month after the boot camp)

Students that are not able to attend the Group Mentoring Sessions will be able to watch a video recording of the Group Mentoring Session on their computer.  You will be given assignments to complete which will show you how to look for wholesale deals and you will be reviewing and practicing what you have learned in the Group Mentoring Sessions with Lex on the 4 monthly Group Mentoring Program Training Sessions. In order to get the most value out of the Group Mentoring Program you should be prepared to spend considerable time looking for real estate deals during the month between the Group Mentoring Sessions.
